It features an open-concept living and dining area, a kitchen, a study with a sofa bed, and a spacious playroom with a TV—all visually connected to the garden and pool through large glass panels that open fully onto an L-shaped porch, complete with a barbecue area and access to the woods. On the upper floor are three en-suite bedrooms, all very bright. The master suite overlooks the woods and has a terrace; one of the guest bedrooms also features a terrace. The property also includes a staff quarters with a bathroom and a separate loft in the final stages of construction, accommodating up to two people. Total capacity: up to 8 people. The pool is fenced, although the fence can be removed. The house includes linens and towels, as well as pool and garden maintenance services twice a week. Housekeeping is not included, although it is possible to hire the person who regularly works at the house. The house has air conditioning in the three upstairs bedrooms, and a large air conditioner in the kitchen and playroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware for 12 people, a dishwasher, microwave, mixer, blender, etc. Groups of teenagers traveling alone are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
