Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KasaFinder SMS messaging programs described below. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to one or more of these programs, you agree to these terms. Each program is optional, requires its own opt-in, and is never a condition of creating an account or using KasaFinder.

1. Program Names

  • KasaFinder Account & Transactional Messages (verification codes and account-related notifications)
  • KasaFinder Marketing Messages (promotional content; separate opt-in)

2. Program Description

KasaFinder operates two separate, independently optional SMS programs:

  • Account & Transactional Messages. When you provide your mobile phone number to verify your account or perform certain actions on the platform (for example, creating an organization or recovering your account), we send a one-time verification code by SMS. We may also send account-related transactional messages, such as security alerts and notifications tied to your listings or conversations with other users.
  • Marketing Messages. If you separately opt in, we send promotional messages such as new property recommendations and subscription upgrade offers. This program requires its own opt-in and you can opt out of it at any time without affecting transactional messages.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages depending on your plan. KasaFinder does not charge you for receiving messages in this program. Contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your plan.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For transactional messages, you will typically receive a message only when you request a verification code or when an event tied to your account occurs. If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive recurring promotional messages. Many users receive fewer than five (5) messages per month per program.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel either SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from KasaFinder. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will not receive additional SMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, request a new verification code from your account or reply START. You may also manage your marketing opt-in separately at any time.

Note that opting out of transactional SMS will prevent us from completing phone verification, which may limit your ability to use features that require a verified phone number (such as creating an organization). Opting out of marketing messages has no effect on transactional messages or your account.

The program is available on most major U.S. and Latin American carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Information collected as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services.
