The house is situated on a hillside, giving it a unique location in terms of its view and privacy. It has three floors. At the entrance, there is a covered garage. You then enter the spacious living-dining room, which features large windows overlooking the river and a beautiful balcony. Also on the same floor is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, separate freezer, and heat/cool air conditioning, offering great convenience and comfort. Additionally, this floor features a full, separate bathroom. Going down the stairs leads to the bedroom floor, where there are three bedrooms. One has a balcony and a double bed; another has a balcony facing the river and two single beds; and the third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for two people. In total, it comfortably accommodates 8 people. It also has another bathroom divided into three sections (shower, sink, and toilet). All rooms are equipped with fans and heaters. Continuing down the stairs and leading to the patio is the barbecue area, which features another full kitchen and a second refrigerator. It also has three covered porches. The barbecue grill is located on one of them. It features a large patio with beautiful shade and large native trees, as well as a child-safe pool and playground equipment. The patio can also be accessed via an external staircase from the street. The entire house is well-secured and fenced. It also has gas, electricity, drinking water, cable TV, Wi-Fi, an alarm system, and comprehensive insurance. The best thing about the house is its location, right on the river, with an unbeatable view of the high peaks and the tranquility offered by the residential area where it’s located.
