Next to the counter is the tortilla-making area with tortilla dispensers, a large griddle, and work tables for preparing sopes, quesadillas, and tortillas on the spot. This section also features a large barbecue oven with a rail, a large pot for preparing carnitas, and a large display case. It has a very complete set of Talavera pottery as well as melamine tableware. It features a storage room with carts, wooden and plastic tables of various sizes, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, and all types of dishes and cutlery. The staff who worked at the restaurant are ready to return whenever needed.
