Excellent location on Boote Street, just a few meters from the entrance to a major gated community in Loma Verde. Loma Verde is a town in Argentina located in the Escobar district, in the northern part of Greater Buenos Aires. It stretches along both sides of National Route 9, between kilometers 52 and 58. It covers an area of approximately 16 km² that lies along the floodplains of the Luján River. As of 2012, it had a population of approximately 5,000; it is the town with the smallest population in the Escobar district. The highway acts as a physical barrier and hinders greater integration among its residents as well as economic activities in the area. Three small waterways cross Loma Verde at kilometers 52, 54, and 56 of National Route No. 9 (Pan-American Highway). The terrain features some undulations, which give the town its name. According to the first settlers, the area was called Huincul Caru in the language of the indigenous peoples who inhabited the area four hundred years ago. The settlement of Loma Verde developed spontaneously. In the early 20th century, the area consisted only of cows and dairy farms. By the 1940s, the area began to be subdivided, and the first neighborhoods and vegetable gardens emerged.
